Join in a gentle yoga practice for adults in *weekly sessions* led by Melisa Clark, RYT 200.
Gentle yoga combines slow stretches and controlled breathing to help you relax and stay calm.
*Please bring your own yoga mat (preferred) or a blanket/towel to lie on. Beginners welcome!
