Gentle Yoga for Adults

June 4 from 11 AM to 12 Noon
Gentle yoga for adults has been led by Melisa Clark, RYT 200 since September.
The library will host one more class Thursday, June 4 and then take a break for HVAC repairs to the building and for the summer.
Watch here for updates sometime in August.
Gentle yoga combines slow stretches and controlled breathing to help you relax and stay calm.
*Please bring your own yoga mat (preferred) or a blanket/towel to lie on. Beginners welcome!
